Art Space Ginga 101, an independent art space in Higashi-Nakano, Tokyo, will host its final exhibition, “Solitaire in Dreams”, by artist Rina Ohito from August 1 to 8, 2025.
Established in 2020 by young artists, the space evolved into a unique platform for emerging artists amid the pandemic’s constraints. Over four years, it evolved into a collaborative venue driven by a passion for art and a conviction in its relevance to society.
The upcoming show, “Solitaire in Dreams,” serves as a continuation of Ohito’s previous project, “Mary’s Monochrome World”, and features new paintings and installations that reflect the artist’s evolving practice.
